1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Redemption website and your access to the Redemption digital eBook (together, the “Product”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to these terms.
Your purchase is completed through the Digistore24 checkout and is also subject to the terms and information shown on that order form. If there is a conflict concerning payment processing, tax, refunds, or order administration, the applicable Digistore24 order terms control for those matters.
2. The Product
Redemption is a downloadable PDF eBook intended for personal education, reflection, and self-improvement. It is delivered digitally; no physical book or shipping is included.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, PDF reader, and internet access needed to complete the purchase and download the file.
3. Price, VAT, and payment
The price is $499 USD, including applicable VAT. It is a one-time payment with no subscription, recurring billing, installments, or delivery fees. The gross price displayed on this website is intended to match the gross product price presented at checkout.
Payment disclosure: your payment is processed and the debit will be performed by Digistore24.
Digistore24 applies the relevant tax treatment based on your location and the Product configuration. Any payment method or currency-conversion fees charged independently by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the download page. You may also receive access information by email. Keep your receipt and download details for your records.
If access is not delivered, use the support information in your Digistore24 order confirmation so the order can be located and resolved.
No newsletter or marketing: purchasing the Product does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional mailing list, and we will not use your purchase email address to send marketing emails. We or Digistore24 may still send essential service messages about your order, payment, download, refund, security, or legally required updates.
5. 60-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 60 calendar days of the purchase date. Submit the request through the refund or support options in your Digistore24 order confirmation. Approved refunds are returned using the payment process available for the original order.
After a refund, your licence to use the Product ends and you must delete all copies in your possession or control.
This voluntary guarantee does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or other consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
6. Personal-use licence
When you purchase the Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use one copy for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, upload, share, publish, resell, sublicense, distribute, modify for redistribution, or make the Product available to another person, except where applicable law expressly permits it. All copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the Product owner.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Any mandatory rights available under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
